Sun Ridge Smiles

"Visited this location for the first time. The person who took my x-rays appeared to be inexperienced. The moving x-ray machine rubber against my shoulder. Machine was not set to the right height. Same person took repeated seated x-rays. It was obvious she messed up several times. Soon after, the dentist appeared. HE did a quick check of the x-rays and my teeth and that was that. I was then seen by a hygienist who looked at my teeth and stated everything looked great. Meaning, I was done. When asked if she was going to clean my teeth, she was surprised. She noted that if I wanted a cleaning it would be in another half hour. In all of my 58 years I've never experienced this type of service or lack of service and inexperience. Has anyone one else had the same experience at this location?"

"Amazing dental studio! Before coming to Sun Ridge Smiles I was super scared of dentists and never wanted to get an appointment! But here everyone is so nice, kind, understanding and patient friendly! I always feel very comfortable and relaxed. All the doctors are very efficient and competent! "First time coming here at let me say 11/10 hands down. It’s the first time as a new patient that I feel like I was walked through and cared for properly the entire time. I’m currently 20 weeks pregnant and Amanda the hygienist as well as the tech( I forgot to ask for her name and she seemed new but was the sweetest person ever) made me feel so comfortable taking my x rays and exams knowing I was pregnant. Amanda was great when preforming my cleaning, steady hands, and very understanding. And don’t get me started on the dentist, man was he great. Great staff and the receptionists probably the best ladies that have helped me out ever. Before coming here I was about to be charged over 4000 dollars of work, and with the second opinion here I was only given 800 dollars of work that I actually only needed . I’m so glad they don’t overcharge like my previous dentist. Overall this will be my forever dentist. Thank you so much sun ridge smiles. ❤️"
