"Had an appointment scheduled today, showed up, and there is a sign on the door that says they will be closed Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays until further notice. But did anyone think to call and reschedule current appointments?? Nope. Super inconvenient, especially when I had to reschedule my meetings just to make my appointment."
"The name Samuel was called out to the lobby. I wasn't sure there were other Samuels in the lobby, so I stood up. The young lady was more interested in conversing with a coworker than welcoming me. She said " go down the hall and to the left and then right" instead of escorting me. She began to do her routine without addressing me personally. She proceeded to treat me like an object sitting in the x-ray chair. The chest protector kept falling off and she finally shocked me with it. The strap popped off and the vest fell to my lap, and she continued to take x-rays, again treating me like an object while placing items in my mouth. When she finished, another lady entered the room. She did not even address me and after they talked, she asked me to follow her. Apon entering the hygienist area, he was busy at his desk and did not address me. He said sit down and I will be with you not even looking at me. The chair was not in a position for me to be able to sit down. I asked him to please straighten out the chair. The lady placed the blood pressure machine tight, and it hurt. It failed to read. I told her it was too tight, and she just hit the on button again and began to converse with the hygienist as if I was not even in the room. The machine failed again, and they agreed to use the wrist machine. She placed it the wrong way on my wrist, and it failed to read. She just gave up and the hygienist said he was going to lean the chair back. I told him to go slow, and I would need something for my neck. They both kept saying there were no pillows or supports for my head or neck and continued to lower the seat. I asked him to stop, and I stood up and left because too many things were not working and I lost trust in the staff."
"They continuously cancel and reschedule appointments. Their staff is rude. The dentist never seems to be available for appointments scheduled MONTHS in advance."
"We had a wonderful experience here. The cleaning was done very well, much better than any other dentist I have been to in El Paso during the ten years I’ve lived here. The accept FEDVIP which is great for military retiree and our families. The cost for additional dental work is cheaper than other places that have quoted us for the same work. This will be our dentist for years to come."
