"Did NOT have a good experience! Oil tech let me know about an additional service of flushing to get rid of old guck etc. I agreed to the service as well as regular oil change. He informed me they had run out of flushing product then the dip stick was cracked and the coolant cap was missing. He proceeded to contact managers to try and figure out if the cap was missing since the last service. This took at least twenty minutes. Meanwhile another tech showed me the level of new oil as indicated on dip stick. I asked to see the crack on stick and was told there was none. The first tech proceeded to tell me that the last time I took my car was in 2022 which is not true and I showed him proof that it was serviced in 2023. He was either not telling the truth or was very confused. I chose to just forget about the missing cap and leave because the whole experience was heading towards no resolution."

"I was very impressed with the professional and courteous service I received here. I went in and had an oil change and an injection cleaned and they made sure my tire pressure was correct and they even cleaned my windshield. I recommend this place 100%!!!"

"The guys who did the oil change were awesome. Friendly and courteous but the guy inside was another thing. The guy who did the oil change even showed me how the oil looked after he had done the oil change. That day was cold and he decided to have one of the guys who did the oil change charge me outside. When I got there I asked him how much it would cost for the oil change. He was busy on the phone and noticed me after I asked him; otherwise, he would have kept talking on the phone . Seemed like the guy inside was the manager. Rating the guy inside I give him a 1 meaning poor customer service. Rating the guys outside who did the oil change. I give them a 5."
