"I had "five star" hopes for this business. Customer service was great, very friendly, courteous and professional. The work was done in a timely manner and exceeded my expectations. But, when I took the car home I discovered they had switched by brand new battery with a cheap and defective walmart brand battery that did not fit the car properly. Fortunately, they rectified the situation by getting me a new battery that actually fit the car. So make sure to photograph and inventory your vehicle before dropping it off. Update: Upon closer inspection, I discovered they never replaced the windshield washer fluid reservoir since it was leaking. I obtained a new one myself and when I tried to install it noticed that the metal bracket that is used to bolt it on was bent and the holes did not line up. No wonder they didn't replace it. Check your vehicle inside and out before taking possession of it."

"The absolute worst experience ever. After my body work was complete, they had me pick up my vehicle in the dark so that I could not see the awful job they had done. The next morning, I noticed the bumper was sitting crooked on my vehicle, so I took it back after work. They insisted that I must have hit something else to cause it to happen and refused to fix the shoddy work. I recently finally saved up the money to have the repairs correctly done. When I took my car for repairs, the new body shop showed my where they had incorrectly mounted my bumper using screws. They were shocked at what they saw, and said that no one with any kind of experience in body work would ever have mounted it like that."
