"Had another great experience here at Grease Monkey. When I first arrived they let me know that I was third in line and that they were just a little behind and short on staff. They did say that more staff were on their way. Which I didn’t mind waiting since I had no other plans. Once I was on a bay I love how their communication is and making sure everything is done correctly. I like that they check all the lights, make sure the tires are at the right pressure, and top off the washer fluid. They even check the air filters and wipers. I also like that they clean the exterior windows too. I really like my oil change services here and will keep taking my car here for future oil changes and other services they provide."

"Best oil change experience I've ever had. I was able to stay in the car throughout. The manager greeted me at arrival. Once I drove in the bay, it was impressive to watch the communication between the team. They had my oil changed quickly. Also, a plus they didn’t try to upsell me on numerous items. They simply gave me a recommendation and advised me to let them know if I wanted to proceed. Top notch customer service!"
