"Brought vehicle in for fender and door damage. Open ticket paid for by insurance. Drivers fender and door replaced, paint blended to adjacent panels. Backside of the fender wasn’t painted, doesn’t match other fender. All bolts were scored from removal, no touch up paint. Headlight bracket damaged from removal and reinstall. Tool marks damaged paint on a pillar and fender. Plastic clips broken and missing. Bolts securing bumper missing and several loose. Trim on fender now does not fit. Wheel liner does not fit and is loose contacting wheel. Vehicle was three weeks late, received six texts pushing repair completion. Got a different story every time I contacted them for an update. Was rushed when receiving the vehicle and was literally told “I had to give a 5 star rating because my vehicle was on time” when it was three weeks late. Overall; terrible experience. Paid out of pocket for another body shop to fix these additional oversights."
