"GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE HONEST MOST OF ALL NOWADAYS YOU CANT FIND HONEST AND RELIABLE MECHANICS BUT THEY ARE VERY HONEST AND RELIABLE....I RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY AND EVERYBODY..."
"Highly do not recommend if you want a professional job. Would give a zero star rating if I could. They were very verbally abusive just because I inquired, I asked them to do the cylinder head gasket since it had overheated. Told me it was going to be a certain price for certain work they took an entire week to even check it out. Charged me for gas that was not even put in the vehicle. Owner screamed at me “crea que corremos un chingado negocio de robarle a la gente” just because I asked him to show me the work order. Highly do not recommend if you want a professional job."
"I have late stage cancer and the owner knows this. I put my second car in his shop AC services and to fix a door lock three weeks or more ago. I am trading it for rent. They stopped answering the phone. Sometimes they answer and lay it down and never pick it up. The messaging has been disabled. I went to the office and he was on a call but after he hung up he just kept shuffling things on his desk and refused to speak to me about fifteen minutes. SUPER RUDE. The son is never there anymore. I thought maybe the father was getting Alzheimer's because he acted like he doesn't recognize me even though they have been servicing my cars for over five years. I have left notes. No call back. I drive by and I haven't seen my car there in two weeks. I sent my landlord with the title and registration. He ignored him for close to twenty minutes in his office. Stated he has not worked on the car and he put it in storage off the premises. He tried to grab the title and registration from my landlord. Stated he would bring it back after Labor Day. It still is missing. I think he is trying to hold on to it till after I am dead. Then file a mechanic's lean for the title. I have to go with the police at the same time to try and find my car."
"Very bad experience I am a female and ofcourse not too familiar with mechanic work but not stupid either my dad was a great mechanic so I know a couple of things!!! They messed me over twice!!! Yes took advantage and messed my car up even more I see their trick they wanted me to keep going back and keep taking my money!!! Señor Fidel me voy asegurar que la gente se de cuenta lo rateros que son me vieron una mujer sola y se aprovecharon!!! Anyways I went to other shop the guys there were great I told them what happened they confirmed I got taken advantage of and fixed my car I just paid for parts since they felt bad for what happened to me! DO NOT GO THERE PEOPLE."
"10/2014: Had a terrible experience there. They did not fix my vehicle correctly. They overheated one of my catalytic converters and ruined it. When I took my car to them, my vehicle was hydrolocked. I'm not a mechanic, however I'm familiar with the process of fixing that problem. They failed to drain the exhaust and cat converter before starting and running the car. They ran the car expecting to burn off whatever was in the converter. Instead my cat converter heated up (cat converters don't burn water) so much that it ended up burning the floor carpet in the cabin. Needless to say the cat converter melted on the inside. I made them fix my carpet and we settled on money. I ended up having to take my vehicle elsewhere. Be careful with this shop. Unknowledgeable mechanics....The filthy waiting area should have been my cue to go elsewhere. Big learning experience for me. 7/9/17 Update: Yesterday I took my plenum apart to clean it. I discovered missing grommets/spacers in my fuel rail line. Guess who were the idiots that didn't put parts back together correctly and used the same gaskets (typically you put new ones when opening a 10 year car). You guessed it!! Multi Auto. Good thing I've been teaching myself automotive work. Now I understand how incompetent most mechanics really are. Oh and the 5 star reviews are probably from relatives trying to make these people look good. Simple maintenance can be done by anyone but if you have a check engine light....go to a shop that's been in business 15+ years under the same name."
