"I want to start this by saying that the people I worked with were polite, professional, and patient. Unfortunately, they put the wrong oil in my vehicle, which resulted in potentially catastrophic complications had I not noticed the error and reacted quickly. I returned, notified them of the issue, and they acknowledged and replaced the oil with the correct product at no extra charge. Two major issues here are 1) failure in their checks/balances and fail safes and 2) would have been nice if I was better compensated for my inconvenience (“next oil change is on us” kind of compensation).
