Jimmy John's

"I work less than a mile away. The past couple times I ordered delivery it has taken over 30 minutes to get to me. The last 2 times the sandwich was missing something. I quit ordering for awhile. Decided to try it again today and I am now still waiting on a plain slim I ordered 40 minutes ago. For a company that's main thing is "freaky fast" delivery this is unacceptable. I think I am done with this place for good. At an hour I called to check. I was asked to hold then they set the phone down and I could still hear them. They answered other calls in that time so I hung up and called back. Was told to hold again but I said no. Lady had no idea what my order was but told me it would be here soon. I asked her how she knew that when she didn't even know who I was or what my order was. She then asked for my info. I asked her to cancel my order and she said she didn't know how then she told me thier busy and short handed then set the phone back down. I am extremely disappointed. I waited about 10 minutes and no one cam back to talk to me. I called again and asked for a manager. She told me they were busy and then hung up on me. The most unprofessional "manager" I've ever dealt with. I am never ordering from any Jimmy John location again. I don't want a automated response either. Update on 2-13-24 So it's been 2 years since I have ordered from here, hoping for a quick lunch. Unfortunately nothing has changed. Placed order at 1:00. Got message saying out for delivery at 1:20. At 1:50 I call asking where it's at. I was told it was still at the store and it was going to be a bit since they had to wait on a driver. Note I am HALF A MILE AWAY. Not only did they lie but when I told her to cancel it she didn't even seem to care. I really hope these guys aren't paid more than minimum wage if their going to put in the minimum work. It's embarrassing."

"Stood in line forever....literally 25 minutes watching bag after bag after bag and order after order after order leave. NO ONE WOULD TAKE MY ORDER WHILE STANDING IN LINE and I'm handicap trying to stand through back spasms and shooting pain. I got the message. "LEAVE!". ME AND THREE OTHERS WALKED OUT at the same time. I tried calling and it rang and rang and rang. They would pick up and hang up. This happened four times. Finally someone answered and immediately put me on hold. After two minutes of being on hold, I hung up. Then it remained busy tone for ten minutes. I caught an employee walking in and she saw I was disabled. She stopped at took my order at curbside. SONYA.... YOU DESERVE TO BE MANAGER IF YOU'RE NOT ALREADY! I had my order in 10 minutes or less. This is a Jimmy John horror story turned fairytale. Thank you Sonya."

"Asked for a regular roast beef sandwich cut in half and wrapped individually. They said “no problem” chips too?"

"at this point, I have to give Zach, the so called manager no stars. He is rude. He threw the knife on the counter when I asked him a question. Who does that...you threw the knife at the wrong time. Bad service...and yes, I will be making it tough for you. If he treats his mother like that, she did a bad job on him."

"The workers are unsanitary, rude with bad attitudes. I walk in I don't get a greeting like I do at any other Jimmy John's i go to. I didn't get I'll be right with you, workers standing around talking to their co workers and as far as the uncleanness go one of the workers had gloves on while handling money and touching the register first it wasn't a big deal I assume the worker would wash his hands and change his gloves out, but no he then started whipping his nose while he had gloves on and then to make it even worse, he started coughing into his gloves. My stomach is very upset seeing what I saw today i didn't order anything i walked out and later i threw up while driving my vehicle i had to park to the side of the road.if you want to get sick here is the place to go to. COVID 19 is already around so yeah I'll skip this place . It's not hard or take very long to practice personal hygiene."
