"Pleasant, friendly. The only complaint I have is it is not a 10 min oil change. From the time my car was in the bay to the time I pulled out was 35 min. Simple oil change only, no air filter. No wiper blades, just 5.5 qt oil change with filter. It's no big deal but be prepared to be there way more than 10 after the work starts on your car."

"I tried to have my oil changed ,and they couldn’t loosen the drain plug and told me to go back to the shop that serviced my vehicle because they tightened it too much. After I left, I noticed my car smelled strongly of burning oil. I went to Valvoline immediately. Even though they were closing, they could smell the burnt oil and offered to assist. They quickly realized that Strickland removed my oil cap and did not put it back on. My oil splashed out everywhere and burnt up on the hot engine. The tech there had no issue removing the drain plug. My oil was changed and engine cleaned in no time. I won’t be back to Strickland though."

"This place is great! Man by the name of Justyn took care of my car while I was there. Very communicative and informative while doing a great job and getting me in and out. All in all I spent 20 minutes there getting my oil change, air in my tires, and a few other things to keep my car going. 10/10 dude, 10/10 place."
