"From the check-in nurses to the dentist everyone greets you with smiles and tries to make you comfortable. The only thing I can say that Shawnee dental could really work on it's the process in getting your partials dentures, to speed the process of just a little bit more everything else is just perfect about the place."
"I had previously had a bad experience with a different dentist. When I went in I shared with them about my anxiety my previous bad experience with a different dentist and was very up front with them about medications because I am in recovery. I mentioned that I should have brought my earbuds to play some music so John put on some music. He was very comforting and sang along with the music. How many people can say they got serenaded by their dentist. It put me at ease I was very comfortable the procedure went very well I was so pleased with my experience"
"This was my first visit back since 2016 the staff were nice and professional. From the nice lady sitting at the window that welcomes you with a big smile to the person that called me back and took my xray. Once the dentist came back he explained very clearly what I needed done. Everything in the building was clean and neat. I would definitely recommend people coming here."
"My 2nd visit was substantially more comfortable and less stressful. This team is willing to listen and make adjustments to help waylay the sometimes debilitating stress that can accompany dental work. Especially to those who have ptsd/trauma. Thank you for listening to my concerns and acting upon them as well. 3rd and 4th visits was done by 2 different UL 4th yr students and they Both did a superb job!! All staff is courteous as well as each individual shows genuine care and support. I've recommended several associates that have either issues with their current provider or are struggling to find one."
"Amazing dental office. I had a abscess and they got me in the same day. Dentist explained everything and then two amazing dental students extracted my tooth so gently. Lance the assistant was amazing, they are very funny and calming. I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment instead of being afraid. Thank you!"
