She refused to do my normal cleaning until I shelled out over $400 for a deep cleaning. My gut said get a second opinion. She LIED. Falsified my exam with numbers that weren’t even close to true. BEWARE!"

"I have never had problems with Dental Hygienist or Dentist but front office staff really needs some coaching. I got called into work because of an emergency. My apt was first thing that morning. I called them as soon as I could. They then sent me a bill for 2 missed apts. One of them was almost a year ago. They have a new billing person which was very unfriendly. The lady that works up front scheduling was talking about me while I was sitting down. Very unprofessional. I complained and the Doctor wouldn't speak with me he would only talk to the billing clerk. I paid my two cancellation fees and have never went back. It is a shame because they have some awesome people that work there. (Brooklyn, Lisa, and others) but a few bad apples ruin it for everyone. I have spent over $5,000.00 in dental work in this office and they wouldn't work with me. I am now seeing a dentist in Louisville and love them."
