"Ripped off again. Got into cab at Bluegrass airport and told driver I was going to the Marriott hotel 2 miles away. He said great and drove out of the airport. I asked him why the meter wasn't running and he said no meter $25 dollars. I asked multiple times to turn the meter on because I had NOT agreed to a flat rate. The driver refused and the company was NOT helpful when I called to clear up the situation. I will use Uber on my trip back to airport. EDIT - Insult to injury. After filling out the company's feedback form, I received the response shown in the picture below."

"I used 5 Star Transportation Company to go from Bluegrass Airport to home at 1:30 AM. I asked the 5 Star driver if he could take 2 members of our travel group to one address and 2 other members to another address. He agreed to make 2 stops. When I got home, I realized that I had left my carry on bag with my computer in it on the floor of the cab. I could not contact him that night but the next morning I was able to reach the company and he brought my bag to me. The driver was honest and went out of his way to deliver my bag. I highly recommend this company."

"Ripped off. Driver charged me $22.50 for a 3.2-mile drive. Called company and confirmed I was indeed overcharged. Would never use this company again. Driver was very shady."
