"Friendly and Professional service was provided throughout the Mortenson Family Dental facility. For a first time visit, with a painful tooth, the team quickly evaluated our situation and a plan to our needs that included a Deep Cleaning, tooth extraction and partial dental all on the same day without feeling rushed in service or customer care. The Front Office office Personal were very friendly as the help us maneuver through our insurance information to have a complete understanding of are policy because it was our first-time to visit a dentist.."
"The tech working with me- Kylie did a great job communicating to me what she was doing which calmed my nerves. She was also very aware of my body language and did good to check in with me to make sure I was comfortable throughout the cleaning. It made a big difference in how I felt about my trip to the dentist- which I usually hate. The dentist was also very kind. I was in and out in 20 minutes!"

Dr. Howell and her team are all about your oral health, keeping and maintaining your teeth. But also do whatever you need for a super smile. "Make no mistake the people are nice. The service is good. The problem is the billing. We have gone to this dentist with 3 kids for quite a while. This past year has been more frustrating with this office than in the past. Here’s why: we all had appointments scheduled in June/July (can’t remember) the day before our appointment they called needing to reschedule all of us due to down equipment. They already had it scheduled out but the problem was that it was on separate days and different times. The answer was no. I asked them to reschedule with all 4 of us. Well, we had to wait until December 28 to get in, missing our six month entirely. This is pure stupid to say the least. About a month ago I received a bill for myself with zero rhyme or reason. I chose not to pay and wait until our appointment. So on December 26, I received a phone call advising me that my insurance is only PARTIALLY in network for them and that if I wanted to keep going that I would need to pay approx 140 out of pocket. WHAT? In addition, THIS IS THE REASON I GOT A BILL!!!! So they not only they wrote that off (thank you) but it took them over a YEAR to tell me that they were not fully in network with my insurance. This along with so many stupid bills for stuff not covered over the span of the whole time with them, but always assured at the time of service that it’s covered. This is making me think, time to go. Billing here is BAD. The people a nice, service is fine. BILLING IS HORRENDOUS! Today, when we arrived the gal at the front desk was very nice, I needed to fill out forms for all three, but she made it easy (THANK YOU) but after like 2 min of filling out the forms, the tech came out to take us all back and needed me to sign something digitally, which I had to ask to read…frustrating to say the least. I asked to read, because I know how they bill. It’s frustrating. Then she asks to schedule six months out, hummm let me think about that! Prob not."
"I called the day before about an appointment for the next day and Trish the receptionist was able to schedule me for the following day..From the receptionists to the dental assistants and Dr Mari , they were attentive for my dental journey.. I would highly recommend. Very caring staff and a wonderful environment."
