"Donnie and this whole business is unprofessional!! Told him what my car problem could possibly be and they said it wasn’t the problem at first and that they “fixed” the real issue but only temporarily resolved the problem. I took it back to them less than 2 days later and they didn’t get back with me until 3 DAYS after!!! Saying it was the problem that I first assumed haha. So now I asked them what I spent $400 for and they said for his tech guy to look at and “solve/stop” the problem not “fix”. He went back on his word to make himself and his business feel better about misdiagnosing my car. Then proceeded to get an attitude with me for trying to explain why I shouldn’t have to spend more money for a problem they in fact didn’t fix. They don’t take accountability and they just want your money. First and last time dealing with this business."

My regular mechanic was closed for the week, without letting anyone know, and I had already made several calls to no avail until I came cross Dexter's on Google Maps. They were the only place that could fit me in that day. Everyone else kept saying "oh bring it in next week". I'm glad I did take it in to them, because they fixed the problem within a few hours and had me back on the road. And told me everything else that was wrong with my car. Which I already knew, but that's what I expect out of a mechanic. Do everything you can to keep your customers safe in their vehicles. They'll be your loyal customers for a very long time.
