"easily the rudest encounter with a dentist's office I've ever had. My regular dentist can't get me in. I looked up emergency dentists in my area, and Aspen is the very first result, labeled as 'aspen emergency dental care.' I called and made an appointment for tomorrow, after explaining what was going on. I was told I'd be called a little later, that my insurance was fine, and to look out for a call so they could get my details. When I was called, the woman was IMMEDIATELY nasty on the phone. Wanted to know what was wrong, so I told her. Asked about my insurance. Cut me off, telling me they wouldn't take that, and I'd need to pay 350 to be seen at all. I said okay, no problem. She responded with 'so I guess you'll want to cancel.' I told her no. I'll pay it. Then, suddenly, the price became 2000. Because I'd also need to get a cleaning done? Not sure where that came from. I asked why, when I was just looking for an exam to see what's going on. She informed me they wouldn't help me, anyway. and I should just go to my regular dentist and she should just go on and cancel my appointment as all of a sudden 'they're too booked up to help' and they're not a REAL emergency dentist. In the end she gave me no choice and demanded that she cancel my appointment, that they wouldn't be helping me. Not sure why, since I was more than willing to pay for it out of pocket and they are clearly labeled as an emergency dental provider and had an appointment open that had been made and confirmed for me hours before."

"People were nice but this is not an office for an emergency and they do not communicate this well. Even after I stated I had a tooth that need pulled and they got my permission to move forward for $265 plus cost of pulling it, that I was told they wouldn’t do it today. When in pain they need to communicate that even if you pay the emergency fee that your problem will not be taken care of."
