"My experience this morning started out fine but ended…less than stellar. I was having some fillings done. Doctor Crawford was nice and was very fast. No complaints with her. But my hygienist/assistant, Mary, wound up cutting my face with the smoothing/shaping drill. I’m not sure how a drill that is turned on slips up, out and over a lip/out of a mouth, but it did. I now have a cut on my cheek and a cut on my lip line. She said “I’m so sorry” and proceeded to put Vaseline on it. I just paid more than $200 out of pocket this morning, and I left with something that will scar my face. Not to mention, they said the “rock in tooth” feeling would go away. It has not. I made mention of that while still sitting in the chair, and they drilled some more and said it was fine. So I foresee a return visit just to have that fixed (again). Not looking forward to the shaping drill being back near my face."
