"This is by far the worst wendy’s to go to, They mess up my order every single time i go there. it’s either missing something or just wrong all together. There was a bite taken out of my chicken nugget one time, well at least it LOOKED like a bite. I decided to go there today on my lunch break, something quick. and of course they messed up my order again. i could have checked before i left but like i said i was on a lunch break, i had little time. There were no other cars there but me so they won’t busy. i then called to ask why is it that my order is always messed up or missing something and the manager “Tashika” was extremely rude. I wasn’t in the best of mood but i did not get rude with her not once. she was very rude and didn’t have any type of customer service. her excuse for me missing items was “i don’t know ma’am we was probably just busy” i then stated, you guys are busy everytime because my order is always messed up, she then blows her breath and hangs up. and for her to tell me she is a manager is just crazy with that response. i’ve been a manager & shift lead at stores before & there’s no way i could ever treat a customer the way Tashika treated me."

"One thing I love about Wendy's. Are there fries. I just got an online order. It's unfortunate that the fries couldn't have been fresh. The sad thing is you could taste that they're not fresh. I would have definitely gave you a better rating."

"Came through around midnight and got two biggie bags. I will say the customer service was better than I usually get, but one bag had 7 fries in the container, and the patty on the sandwich definitely had a bite taken out of it. The food was cold and tasted like it was sitting for hours. They’re usually really good about getting my order right & making it fresh, but last night was literally terrible."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. First we had to wait 1 1/2 hours in the drive thru. The employees were all messing around, nobody knew anything. Then I specifically said no cheese on my number 11 (I’m allergic to cheese) then I get home and not only did they melt shredded cheese but a whole slice as well. Absolutely disgusting."

"Usually I don’t mind going to this Wendy’s since it was the best one in Clarksville in my opinion but I was so unhappy with their service when they gave me my sandwich. I ordered a spicy jalapeño chicken sandwich & this is what I got. I couldn’t even eat it because it looked like someone bit the chicken, the bacon was burnt & honestly didn’t look appetizing or appealing. But proof is here & I would rather write a review than take my anger to the counter. Wendy’s was my go to fast food restaurant but not if they making sandwiches like this. I understand that it can be a bit frustrating working in fast food but if you wouldn’t eat this then please don’t serve it."
