"Rude! Couldn't figure out my insurance and I was never sent an ID card as it is separate from my medical. Despite being sent all information available to me in advance, they refused to make the necessary calls to verify anything. Rudely told me "we don't take HMOs", which is what my medical coverage is. I insisted their office was on the list when I looked up providers, but they wouldn't budge. I asked how much of I paid and was told about $500. Didn't mention the sign on their wall offering a plan through their office for $1 69 for a year. Left without getting any service"
