"Up until now I have LOVED the paint. I received a gallon last week and right off the bat I knew something was wrong. Left messages on Sat, Mon, Tues and Wed. Not one return call from customer service. Finally connect with someone named Tracey who claimed I wasn’t stirring it properly and wants a video to send to the chemist. She said send the video and we will look at it and see if it’s user error???? I have been using this paint for 3 years, as a faux finisher with no problems. I told her this gallon was defective and her recommendation was to buy another gallon. She said that she would have the “chemist” look into it but couldn’t give me any info for the defective product. This is the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with."
"I see a lot of negative reviews. My experience with them is all 5 stars. The trick is to actually pay attention to their videos. Don’t assume you already know how to use their products. I made that mistake the first time i used their product. Was ready to give up and buy another brand. Luckily, I went back and watched some of their videos and realized what I had done wrong! Wow!!! What a difference. Redid the bathroom cabinet and fake yellow marble countertop/sink. Love it! Working on kitchen now. Thanks Heirloom!"

"I’ve not been to the brick and mortar, however; I ordered their all in one paint. This product is amazing. I’m redoing my kitchen cabinets. Dries quickly and covers amazingly. Well worth the dollars!"
