"My sister and I shopped at Family Dollar in Springfield Ky. on 4/10/22. We got home, in Perryville Ky and her top had a burn in it. I bought a sweatshirt and took it back with receipt. Amanda said she is the manager and wanted to only give me back $7. instead of the $9. I had paid for it. Amanda was very rude and said she has had no training on this job as manager. Obviously not...she would not let my sister exchange her top, Amanda said that the burn was not on it when we bought it. My sister does not smoke and no one has been at her home since we bought the top. I have filed a complaint with Family Dollar. This person is very unprofessional for this job. I know their policy for returns is for the amount as long as you have your receipt. I spent $75. there the day we shopped. Amanda said that we take things back once a week, we have only been there twice to shop. They need a new manager that knows what they are doing."
