"I understand it’s a bit low staff and they are trying to be compressive but making an appointment that is three months away, a child could have a severe infection and need dental care as soon as possible, useless drugging for pain and infection. I’m currently writing this with severe pain and I’ve came 3 times in need of urgent care and being denied, I need an extraction and half my face is filled with pain but they are refusal."

"They know they are short staffed but schedule appointment after appointment and expect people to be understanding about ridiculously long wait times. I am talking hours. I understand you are short staffed but stop scheduling people you don’t have time to see at the time they are scheduled."

In the recent years his staff has gone down hill they are the rudest people when asked why they skipped over a patient they try to lie and then get rude when you make a mistake you apologize correct it and move on you don’t yell and get an attitude with the patients asking to have the mistake corrected"

"I have always used Kidskare since I was a kid. So as a parent it was my choice for my child. BUT never going back. 3+ hours for a cleaning appointment. Scheduling is not a 2-way street. They schedule you and give you the appointment, no communication. Lobby so packed that people have to wait in their cars. The doctor is okay, never had any issues directly with him. But something needs to be done. Luckily Care Dental is here and wonderful!! KidsKare I would avoid at all costs!!!"
