"Im not from the area and drove 1.5 hrs to get an oil change. Waited for 30 min at the Nissan service desk and no one ever showed up. Drove to the Chevrolet service desk and they said there’s no one there . They should’ve had a sign or something to let people know. The service writers at the Chevy were super rude and wouldn’t make any exceptions. If you don’t have an appointment you can’t get a service done. She was rude and I just came down the road to a quick lube ."
