Upon finding out how long we had been waiting, he seemed more upset than i was bc he only received first request for bid an hour beforehand. He let me know that i could just call the company and insurance would still cover it. Once on the way back he offered to share his lunch with us, offered to stop for us to use restroom or get us something to eat or drink. Conversation was easy and made the time pass quickly. When getting close to home i told him to drop the car at highway because 5 miles of sandy road. He was very hesitant but did so after i reassured him we could get it home.
