"I'm Very Dissatisfied With This Placs Thry Recieved My Vehicle OnJanuary 11 And Ehen I Went To Check On January 21 My Vehicle Was Still Parked In The Front Untouched I Received A Call On The 15th Of February After 5 O'clock Saying The Cosmetic Part Of My Vehicle Was Done And That I Needed To Contact My Insurance So My Vehicle Could Be Taken To Mechanic For The Transmission To Be Fixed Which To Me That Was The Priority To Be Fixed Which By The Way This Shop Is Closed Fridays, Saturday's and Sundays So Basically I Wm Now Having To Pay Out Of Pocket For My Rental Because My Vehicle Sat In TheirvParking Lot Till February 13 When It Was Finally Serviced For The "Cosmetic" Part Of The Vehicle When I Reached Out To Jerry To Try And Get Compensation For My Rental Due To My Vehicle Still Not Being Operable He Set The Blame On My Auto Insurance And Told Me He Had Given My Phone Call Enough Attention And That He Had A Customer In Front Of Him And Hung Up On Me Very Unprofessional l"

"Jerry told us our car was fixed. After driving an hour to pick up the vehicle. When we looked at the car the trunk wasnt aligned and wouldnt close properly and the hood wasnt aligned properly. Jerry argued with us about it until his employee also agreed with us. Then Jerry assured he would have the car fixed by today. Then today he tells us that he never said he would have the car fixed by today. And tells us the car will be fixed by next week. Zero integrity! He is contracted through State Farm. We do not recommend this place to anyone."

"The level of customer service and quality of work provided by LCCC is worth more than 5 stars! My Subaru came home looking better than when I bought it!! My drop off date for my car was accidentally scheduled for Labor Day and even though the shop was closed they honored the date and made it possible for my trip from Hobbs not to be in vain. My initial estimate was a little under the amount I had received from the insurance and even though they had to repair a little more than quoted it was not more than I revived from Progressive!!!! Now that’s good service, no price gouging, not to mention the speed, they even had to order additional parts my car was ready in less than a week!!!!! I can honestly go on and on. 100 % Highly recommended service! Thank you LCCC"

"Coming from a mechanic myself!!! This company all the way around is phenomenal! So my car was side swiped, i asked my insurance (statefarms) where to take it since i had just moved. I was directed to lea county collision center. My insurance said they would contact them and call me back. I was immediately contacted within minutes of getting off the phone with the insurance company by lea county collision center. I took my car in later that day as well so my car would get a quote of the damages. Everyone in the office was very welcoming! I met with Mr.Jerry who took the invoice to send to the insurance company, after we stayed and he had explained the damages to me and explained the process and how many days it would take. So i just got my car back and they did such an out standing job that it looks as if i just bought it!!! They called me to keep me updated on where my car was at! Last i would love to say that being as a mechanic myself their work is amazing and couldnt thank them enough for all their hard and amazing work!"

His waitlisting maybe a little long but one hundred percent worth the wait for the amazing attention to detail he had when fixing my truck. It looked as good if not better than when I got it from the dealership."
