"Called this gentleman and 11:00 AM. Had a truck break down 16 miles east of Amarillo. Lost all his coolant. He told me he would be on his way. An hour later a texted asking about an ETA he said he was on another job and was sending his other mechanic. Something didn’t feel right. My truck is on a time crunch due to cotton harvest. Waited a few minutes and decided to go up and here myself (I live 4hours away.) 4hours later I show up. Find it’s just a blown heater hose. Replace it fill it back up with coolant and he was back on the road. Called to ask him what the heck? And wouldn’t answer. Still no response. Very unprofessional. Needless to say if you need work done I wouldn’t call this guy. A little communication goes a long way."

"Was passing through Amarillo when my truck started to make all kinds of awful noises. I Googled the closest repair shop available and it happened to be sandovals. he met me at the shop in 45 minutes put the truck up on a Jack and pulled out a giant piece of metal that had attached itself to my undercarriage. When I asked him how much it was going to be he just pay whatever you think it's wort."

"My driver had two air bags go bad near Amarillo TX. It was Saturday night and this place still got it done. Called and within 2 hours arrived and got to work. Somehow was able to get parts from Volvo dealership, although it stated closed. Serviced my Volvo VNL, very informative about repair. I would definitely recommend these guys for your roadside service. Definitely satisfied and would use again. Thanks again"

"Really wonderful service, got a blowout, guy name junior took me to 4 different shops to get my tire size, it was late in evening, hes not rushing being really cool. Then changed drive tire, very professional. Temp fixed mudflap hanger, and only charged me 140. Very honest and fair guys. I does paid him extra, saved my whole night and i make it on time for delivery."
