Though I was a walk in, Chandler and his staff went out of their way to accommodate me and my limited time frame in Louisville. It was a true custom experience where I was able to choose every aspect of the hat. Chandler, Julian, and Joey have amazing passion for their work. When they make you a hat they are making you an art piece crafted with a part of their soul. They are amazing humans and I will be going back to them again and again. If you plan on visiting the shop and getting a hat, start your contact with them early so they know you’re coming. If by chance you’re a walk in, go early in your visit. Don’t forget to bring a milk bone for Jackson, the extremely friendly shop dog who you will meet first upping your arrival. He’s a good boy."
