Take 5 Oil Change

"Third location I went to had the oil I needed and they gave me $20 off which was nice. But after leaving, whenever I run over a pothole or turn left there's a grinding sound under the car that wasn't there before. Unfortunately I had to leave town right after and I'll have to address that someplace else. Really not happy about it."

"Usually i love this place and everyone is really nice. Just this time i specifically asked if they put window washer fluid and they said yes. ok so i leave check to see if the window washer fluid was put in.. it wasn’t. ok we come back they come put coolant in (didnt ask for that) so my partner goes in exchanges words finally comes out and puts the windshield wiper fluid in. also apologized and blamed it on a new guy but the new guy was awesome and had nothing to do with this. The “shop manager” was the one giving attitude and saying things as he walked off when my partner walked up to tell him it still wasnt done. I dont know why he was so mad that THEY didnt put in the right thing several times and i had asked about it before we left. all could have been avoided. Other then this time i usually have a pleasant experience here."

"I’ve been using this location for my last 3 or so oil changes and they never fail to do amazing. I pulled in not realizing it was closing time and was just going to return the next day. I was told to pull in and they’d take care of me in no time, Robert, Kayden, and Dakota had such great teamwork servicing my car in such a timely manner. They inspected my filters in front of me which I love the honesty so I don’t have to ever worry about “are they just bamboozling me cuz I’m a women” and they notified me I didn’t even have a blade on my wiper. I love how thorough they were taking care of my car. I use it for work travel so the customer service they provided eases my mind knowing I’m taken care of."

"The young man that took care of me was very polite, extremely professional, he listened to my needs and meet them and up sold products and was not pushy I bought 2 extra filters that I wasn’t going to. He also offered to help me with headlight installation after he got off work but he had to stay longer but the offer meant more than he knew! Thank you for hiring such a pleasant person which made the whole experience wonderful"

"The folks there are super friendly each time I go. I get my inspection done and have the oil done on both of my vehicles. Very professional and quick service. Definitely a great business to have in Amarillo and the location on Grand is top notch!"
