"Food made from organic ingredients and could taste the difference. Not your traditional Indian restaurant though. We tried gongura chicken dosa and butter chicken with rice, both were fantastic. Cute spot with different cuisine options."

The chef expertly captured the essence of Gongura, transporting me to a moment akin to the famous scene in Ratatouille, where Anton Ego takes a bite and is instantly transported back in time. What made the entire dining experience even more remarkable was the fact that I was savoring authentic South Indian cuisine in a small Missouri town, prepared by an American chef. The chef's dedication and skill in recreating these flavors so authentically deserve applause."
