"I recently had an experience in the office and over the phone with Brecken. I called because I wanted some pricing options different from an office I had just left. She reviewed some pricing alternatives with me, talked me through some other information, and validated my feelings. It was great to feel like someone in the office really cared about my financial concerns and at the same time wanted me to have the best quality service while not trying to financially burden me. She helped me to make an appointment and a couple weeks later when I came into the office, she remembered our phone call and showed me more side-by-side information before seeing the doctor and helped to set me up with a great care-plan moving forward. She was ultra helpful and oh so sweet. She performed zero dentistry services on me, but I can tell you that she is a big part of why I will be returning to Abbeville on 45th for future dental work. "Dr. Patel is an expert in her field and her bedside manner is impeccable. I felt totally at ease and confident with everything. Amanda was assisting and was comforting the whole procedure. Highly recommend! Such a great vibe and I felt important and heard. Monica at the front desk was helpful and such a positive, bright spirit. Vanessa was also so lovely and knowledgeable during my visit and cleaning. Love it here. ❤️"

"The dentist I had did an outstanding job. He was polite, very friendly. The front end staff was excellent, except for the manager who was rude to me in a phone conversation and disrespect me in the office. I have paperwork that says all my dental work was covered between both insurances Today I got a bill in the mail for $4000 and I called to leave a message for them and they’re answering machine is full. I have all the paperwork that shows everything was paid in full so how they get the nerve to send me a bill like this is ridiculous. I will never return to this office."

"Going to the dentist is not usually anyone looks forward to . It’s associated with pain and sometimes embarrassment because a lot of us wait til the last minute to take action on teeth issues. A friend recommended this office for an extraction and I cannot tell you how happy I am that I decided to go here. From beginning to end everyone was so amazing . They make you feel so comfortable by talking about different things and they Dr. was so down to earth and just such a lovely person. I highly recommend Dr Patel and her Assistant Jade !
