"We experienced a flat tire just north of Stratford and although we had roadside assistance with Genesis they could not locate someone to assist us. After sitting in the dark on the side of the road for over an hour +, I went online and found this business. I called and they came out within 45 minutes-Ricardo was the best!!! Wearing masks in the midst of this pandemic and waited for us to reload truck and get to our hotel for the night! We will be forever grateful for his help!"
