"They have a really good reputation so I took my jeep to them thinking I was having transmission issues. The transmission was fine but it was heating up causing it to lose power when accelerating. They changed the thermostat and thought that fixed the issue. It didn't. I didn't even make it home before it started doing the same thing. They were too busy to take the time to repair it correctly. Turns out my water pump was going out and my heads were warped and leaking from the head gaskets. They had it for 2 weeks and I got it back in the same condition I dropped it off in."
"They do what they do great! I sent in my car which had very bad sounds coming from the transmission. They gave me a price estimate that in the end they were in the range of. However do expect a long wait as when they make their repairs they ensure that the problem is solved and solved properly. They are extremely transparent and try to let you know exactly what they did and if the wait is longer than it was expected to be they are not afraid to tell you why. For it's price point this is easily one of the best transmission shops in town."
