"Been coming here for years. The whole deal has changed. I won't spend another dime here period. They don't know Texas requirements on state inspections, or at least his new mechanics don't. They go by a chart, a vague chart. My work car has passed here every time in the same condition. Regardless...now when I come in....every time I am not satisfied. I do not recommend them any longer."
"I went in for a Nitrogen conversion for my car. The store manager misunderstood me and instead of putting Nitrogen in my tires they took air out and put air back in. When they were finished I noticed my car didn’t have the green caps on and I went back inside to ask why. That is when I learned what they did wrong and that is when I found out they don’t even have Nitrogen. The store manager said he would ask the store owner if I could get my money back, but I was informed by the store manager that the owner said no. So I paid $50.00 to have air taken out of my car and put back in. What a waste of my time and money. I don’t recommend this store to anyone."
"My car was towed here due to a blow out. They ended up finding and fixing everything else that was wrong with my car. My car runs like it's brand new again now. They were extremely quick and professional. I will definitely return in the future. Highly recommend!!"
"On my cross country trip from Tahoe to Florida, I woke up one morning with a flat tire. Luckily I was just a few minutes from Meineke! Joey welcomed me, checked my tire pressure, put my vehicle on a rack, sprayed it with soap, found the screw in the tire and fixed it for me. Fast and easy! And a super nice person who was friendly and considerate. If you have any issues on the road, just drive to Meineke and rest assured, you're in good hands!"
