"Went here to see if they could diagnose an engine misfire and they found it using a compression test. They were all friendly and professional but only one issue. I was driving home from this place and noticed my interior handle was broken like someone had put their entire weight on it to get in. I had left right as they were closing so I couldn't call them to ask why my interior handle was broken. Had to wait til Monday to call them about it just to be told maybe a friend did it when I don't let anyone drive my vehicles. They broke it but they're "cameras didn't see it get broken!" But that's the only bad thing about this place, other than that, it's cool."
"I was in Amarillo visiting and the first night there my catalytic converter was cut out. The only place I could find that could repair it and get me back to Dallas by Wednesday was Meineke. They were friendly over the phone but in person didn’t listen to a thing I said. I’ve worked on cars for 16+ years so I kinda know a little about what I’m talking about. I asked for an OE Direct fit, bolt out/bolt in catalytic converter and exhaust pipe from catalytic converter to muffler. When the repairs were finished I was assured I got exactly what I had asked for. As you can see from the pictures that’s not what I got at all. I’m not sure if my instructions were clear because as you can see from the pictures that’s not a t all what I got. This happened in January and it’s now April and I have an exhaust leak. NOT even 4 months and it needs to be fixed again. And let’s not forget that the Muffler I went into the shop with, which had NO DAMAGE is not the Muffler on my car now. Not listening to a customer and getting results like this is what gives auto repair shops a bad name."
