"I've brought my 1977 Chevy truck here twice now, and it's come back with simple yet damaging rookie mistakes both times. First visit: Wrong shaped spark plug wires used; the wire to the furthest plug from the distributor wiggled free because they never attached it firmly. One spark plug wire was also draped over the exhaust headers, burning through it entirely. The combination left it skipping two cylinders. Fixed by a coworker. Second visit: They replaced my power steering gearbox and in the process, they left a line in contact with the pump pulley, chewing through the line. Easy to fix, but alarming to come close to losing power steering miles from home. The bottom line: They get the main job done, but check their work when they're done, because clearly they don't. Edit (reply to comment from business owner:) You haven't been able to find my name in your files because I use a pseudonym to reduce the chance of retaliation against me for reviews like this one. In other words, Artimus Protensor is (and I would've thought this would be obvious) not my real name. As an added precaution, I also never return to a business that I have reviewed negatively (and, in corollary, I never post a negative review if I think I might still patronize a business), so there is no point in discussing past issues. I understand that very few businesses would ever consider such retaliation, but it would only take one exception to cause me considerable harm. Better safe than sorry."

"Took my Jeep Commander there a few months ago, and these people are clowns. Had my vehicle 2 weeks, didn't even look at what I asked, and misdiagnosed a leak I had. I took it to a reputable shop afterwards, and got my problem fixed. They seemed very condescending, so I'm sure they'll get on here and tell me what they did right and what I did wrong. So if you're looking for clowns, this is the place for you!"
