Big O Tires

"This place offers great service and are fast! They put my front brakes & rotors on in 30 mins, got my check engine light off, and educated me about my vehicles issues etc without pressuring me to spend more money. "I went to this location a while back to get an oil change. During the tire rotation I was told I needed new tires. I was aware they weren't in great shape but, I had to tell them I couldn't afford it. So, thet put the tires back on, without rotating them. Plus the fella that was serving me was rude and dismissive. Over all my experience was pretty bad. Won't be back."

"I'm a huge fan of Big O tires in general. This particular location is not up to the standards of the others I've been too. My experience with them started with a simple tire rotation and brake job. It's was done in a respectable amount of time but day after I picked it up one of the tires started to slowly lose air. I took it back and they had it patched in few hours . A few days later I got a low tire pressure warning and it was showing on my info screen as the same exact tire that had just been patched. Took it back and a few hours later got a call telling me it was a DIFFERENT tire that needed patched I showed them the photo of the info screen and he stated that "the sensors are wrong. Whoever rotated your tires last didn't reprogram them" ....ummm that was YOU Big O!!!! Finally got that resolved and wouldn't ya know....a few days later another low-pressure warning....stopped at gas station and as I was filling the tires with air you could feel the air rushing out at the rim. Put on the spare and dropped it at Big O again. Called me the following monday....its a bead leak...tire wasn't sealed properly against the wheel...we cleaned it and it's good to go now. Several days later I went grocery shopping and opened the hatch of my SUV. Saw the floor of cargo area was tilted backward and and the lid was loosely laying on top. Pulled the lid off and saw Big O had loosley layed the spare on top of its storage well without removing the car jack that screws into the well. Since it clearly won't fit that way they tried you use brute force to make it fit bending all the retention bolts in the process before giving up and just leaving everything loose and unsecured. Had me wondering if these guys had ever worked on cars before . Needless to say I won't be using this location again. JEFFERSTOWN , Middletown or Springhurst for sure...its worth the extra miles."

"5 hours to get a tire patched on a week day. Was told it would be about 2 hours but they keep taking other jobs that came in after me that paid more then a tire patch. I do not recommend this Big O."

"This place takes care of its customers. They always seem to end up fixing my flats! They have aired up tires for free and checked and filled my wife’s before too. Good guys here, Professional and speedy. I never wait long. Great service and at a good price. Stop in here to get your tire needs taken care of. I am sure I will be back again soon!"
