"Called AAA and was dispatched this dumbfire of a company. waiting for hours. Worst service ever! I have bronchitis and in no condition to change a dam flat tire. Of course the owner is going to say that it was never received but it was received and dispatched. First it was supposed to be 6:19 pm then 6:30pm, all the while it was dispatched then 7:00 pm it went from dispatched to received."

"Excellent customer service! I have AAA towing package. When my car broke down and I called AAA to get it towed, they told me it would be Buffalo Towing. Long story short, they were actually closed for the holiday (Sunday) and told AAA that they would not be servicing our tow. After several hours of waiting for a response from AAA, Justin personally called us when they were closed to help us out and get AAA to get someone to tow our car. Excellent service on their part (Buffalo towing )! I appreciated the fact that while they were closed he took the time to get us help even though it should have been AAA that did their job."

"Thanks to everyone here. Had a breakdown outside Amarillo with 5th wheel in tow. They got us to a reputable mechanic and repairs were done in a timely fashion. AAA gave them incomplete information and they went above and beyond to get our trailer to the local KOA so we could wait for repairs in comfort. While waiting for 5th wheel to be towed (truck was already picked up) - an employee took time out of his personal day to stop in and make sure we were okay.
