"We have been looking for a new sectional couch for a couple of years. We have been to several furniture stores but just never really saw anything that we really thought was what we were looking for. We finally decided on the style we liked and started checking around at different stores. While we were able to get the longer sectional that we wanted for the price of a shorter sectional at other stores, the big difference for us was the customer service we got with Gilliam Thompson. Amanda was great!!! She wasn’t pushy and put up with all of our crazy questions. She helped us choose a great fabric and colors for the couch as well as the pillows. She showed us all of the options we had to choose from and was very friendly doing it. Another big thing Gilliam Thompson offered was free delivery. While some stores wanted to charge a delivery fee to bring it 10 miles they are delivering it free. We looked at Gilliam Thompson and then left and went elsewhere to look but we just kept comparing to Gilliam Thompson and Amanda and the others just didn’t measure up. We will definitely go back when we need other furniture. Definitely recommend Gilliam Thompson!"
