Kia Of Amarillo

"This is the 4th experience with Kia that I’ve had (all previous 3 were not good) and this was by far the best experience. All the previous folks were helpful but didn’t completely follow through. It was a huge pain because it was the closest dealer to us and we would have to drive 2hrs one way for an appt that they never could resolve our issues. Cory at Kia of Amarillo was absolutely the most helpful of all and went above and beyond for me. He got me in and out very quickly. Not sure what he makes but he made my experience the best it had ever been, he needs a raise. I really wished all the others were as good as what he was for me."

"I was able to get my vehicle in quickly for an oil change and service check. Dropped my vehicle off early to leave it and the service department got me in as scheduled and performed all the work quickly. Was even offered a wash and vacuum. My vehicle looked great when I picked it up."

"Man....I loved this experience! Greg was phenomenal! They absolutely fought for me to have the best interest rate, it took a long whole but everyone was fantastic. I loved how they took pride in the facility as a whole. They offered snacks and drinks. I love that they intrpduced me to the maintenance side as well! They leftno one out. Greg is the best sales person! Took all the time to teach me the features of my new car!"

"I took my vehicle(2022 model) in for 2 issues it's having and I was told everything is working fine. This is the 2nd time I have taken it in over the passenger window not working. The first time they got it working and told me there's nothing wrong with it. Today I show the person at the service counter that the window is not working. She sees it and agrees, but the tech again said there is no problem with it and it's working even after I showed someone it wasn't. But they said there was nothing they could do because it was working for the tech. So I guess I will continue to take it up there every time the window stops working until they fix it. The other issue is my car has not started the last 4 mornings when trying to use the remote start. Sounds like the starter. But again, everything was working perfect for the tech, so nothing was done to fix my car."

"The men at Kia Amarillo took very good care of me. Some of them were Ulysses, Joey and Jesus. They were willing to answer all of my questions, do their best to find the vehicle I was searching for because I was not in Amarillo and doing everything over the phone. Ulysses found the perfect vehicle, a white jeep compass!! I love it!! They also delivered the vehicle to me in a timely manner, found a payment that worked for me with little money down! Thank you so much, will definitely be sending everyone I know."
