"The online order was supposed to be done by 8:05pm, and it wasn't ready until 8:30. Ordered a footlong BLT and got only the LT. See the attached picture. They weren't going to tell me that they were out of bacon. Same with the churros. Handle me my order and said goodbye. When I complained about it, they had no way of giving me a refund. When I asked the counter person to call a manager, I saw her duck into the bathroom and hide. On top of that, she could barely keep her eyes open and sounded drunk or drugged and looked like she was using the counter to keep herself upright. Worst service ever. And the othe 5 sandwiches were very sloppily put together."

"Went in to get a sandwich and needed to use the bathroom before ordering. Employee tells me it’s for customers only and I tell her I’m going to order something after. Then she proceeds to tell me to ask the other girl for the key. Left right after, Rude and unnecessary."

"Ordered a 6" Turkey on wheat, with veggies, girl charged me for a 12". She had to call the manager to do a void. Then she charged me for a Titan Turkey, different from I ordered. Manger would not charge me the right price. What out they will charge you more than what you ordered"

"In recent times, I've noticed a recurring issue at Subways where online orders consistently take precedence over in-store customers, particularly during the crucial lunch period when time is limited. This approach not only disrupts our ability to enjoy a timely lunch but also comes across as discourteous and unprofessional, as customers are often left waiting for their orders for an extended period, sometimes up to 15 minutes. It would be greatly appreciated if a more balanced and efficient system could be implemented to ensure a fair and timely experience for all customers."
