Due to no fault of the company (I did not update my address), the employee who assisted me was able to have my package rerouted to my current address Michigan, even after it was delivered to the old California address. Second, the quality of the grill is amazing and it fits perfectly. I have purchased a grill from a different company in the past, and this one fits and feels way better. Third, the instructions are clear and the process is easy to follow. I did have trouble creating the initial mold, but I was able to order a replacement mold kit and do it correctly on my second try (make sure to bite down hard). Again, the customer service alone will make me purchase from them again if I decide I want another grill in the future!"
