Dollar General

"I come to dollar general a lot and by a lot I mean a few times a week. I rarely come to this one but when I do I notice the prices are never right. I had to get my whole transaction cancelled due to the pricing. When he rang me back up I was noticing none of the prices were right bless his heart he had a whole line behind us so I didn’t even try to fix anymore than he could handle. Dollar general should be ashamed of themselves they know these employees don’t hVe help and they keep stocking the store to the rooftops but can’t even fix their prices. I will no longer be going to any dollar general anymore due to the price gouging at this point it’s intentional and I can’t do it anymore. Inflation is high enough if you offer coupons then please make sure u fix the prices and the coupons work!!!!!!"

"The new dollar store in marion. Neat clean seems well stocked. But seriously lacking in customer service. Made a purchase sign at self checkout said for sale items see cashier. Waited and waited and no cashier. So opted for self checkout. Only been to the new onw a few times. Kim Swinfords DollarGeneral has it all plus the customer service. Which is why i usually go there."

"The new store is bigger and nicer than the old one, but it's still a DG. They cram so much stuff in there that customers and employees have trouble getting thru the aisles. But hey now we have two so I cannot complain too much."
