"I bought a truck and the first time I used the air conditioning it leaked dye used to find leaks on my garage floor. I sent pics to Donald and let him know, he assured me over the phone nothing was wrong with the AC system. I took it down to south Georgia for a work trip and the AC went out. I spent the weekend in Florida with no AC. When I get it home it's diagnosed with a leaking evaporator core, a $1250 repair. I know I didn't put the dye in it so someone knew it was leaking before I bought it. Donald refuses to cover the repairs, or help in any way because he claims I got a good deal on the truck. He did offer to buy the truck back after I've spent $5000 lifting it, wheels, tires, topper, etc. and he says the value has gone up so he won't have a hard time selling it. I guess he wants to make more money off someone else. If you think you're going to save money by not buying from a dealership, don't kid yourself. Oh, the battery also had to be replaced on my lunch break a couple of weeks ago. These cars are not checked out my a mechanic. If he claims they are, what kind of mechanic is missing batteries testing bad, and leaking air conditioning systems? Buy elsewhere. Literally anywhere else."

"Don't believe web site. Says open 8 to 5 Monday through Friday. Drove 1.2 hours getting there at 3 PM Friday and with no one there called and owner said shows cars by appointment mostly. Call before you go."
