"Experienced a mother hitting her child and yelling at him. I said something to her and I got in trouble. They said no fighting in the store but let a mother abuse her child, that's fighting or worse. I got asked for my service dog papers immediately and gladly handed them to the owner. I felt I was the one who got blackballed here when that mother should have taken her fight outside."
