"It’s not often that you get lucky enough to meet such great people. The Richardson’s did more than took great care of me. I was panicked when I didn’t have a car, I was told about this lot by a friend, went on their website picked a car, called and put my application in and it was approved within a day. Shortly after I went to test drive the car I chose and I absolutely loved it . They were honest about everything, they never sugar coated one thing about the car, and it drove great. I went inside did my paperwork and drove off of the lot with this beautiful car I never thought I would get in my life, yet they made it possible for me . As soon as I left I went to get gas and the check engine light came on. My first thought is oh no, I’m screwed with this car, I don’t have the money to fix it right now, what do I do. I called the Richardson’s and explained and they came right over and picked up my vehicle to try and fix it their self. Now from my previous experiences with car lots , the dealer will normally blow you off and make you figure it out on your own. They returned with my car later that night , stayed in touch with me the whole time and the engine light was off. The next day I went to work, went on break and the car completely stopped in the middle of the road, wouldn’t start, wouldn’t do anything. I called the Richardson’s and they pulled up to where I was within 5 minutes, they offered to take me back to work, apologized to me, and said they would tow my vehicle to their mechanic shop and have it fixed again. Not only that, while my vehicle was being fixed they offered to put me in another car so I didn’t go without one while it was being repaired. I was so so thankful. They again stayed in touch with me the whole time, told me every issue that was wrong with the vehicle and paid out of their pocket to fix my vehicle completely. I have had my vehicle now for about a month or so and it drives brand new. With that being said I could never thank the Richardson’s enough for CARING, being PATIENT with me, being PROFESSIONAL and making this happen for me and my baby. I will never ever forget them ! So you guys know it’s tax time GO GET YOU A CAR FROM THE RICHARDSON’S NOT NOW BUT RIGHT NOW you will definitely enjoy your experience without a doubt. Again thank you guys so so much."

"It's been two months since my family bought a car there and we still have no title.. they have given us two temporary license plates an the second one has expired and Tammy keeps giving us the runaround with excuses like her baby is sick.. legally we are suppose to have the title within 15 days so after the runaround the DMV told us to contact a lawyer and press charges so that's our next step!! By the way the car was paid in full at time of purchase!!! Tammy stop your lying even the DMV told us to Press charges bc what you are doing to people is illegal... The lawyer even says u had 15 days!!! U say I didn't buy a car but yesterday u made a comment it would be in the mail tomorrow.. this is no way to run a business and everyone will know not to buy from u.. I have receipts to back up everything I'm saying if y'all want to see them just go message me on fb and I'll show the proof.. Tammy blocking me from FB isn't going to stop legal actions"

"I had wrecked my car back at the end of last year. After waiting months I was told it was totaled. I went to a dealership in Lawrenceburg and drove vehicle for 3 weeks before getting a call that I wasn’t approved. I came to richardsons approximately 10 mins til closing time. George and Tammy waited on me well after closing time and did not rush me in purchasing just anything. I love my car and my son even bought a vehicle from them a couple of months ago. Wonderful people and a willingness to help anyone."

"Purchased a SUV at this lot April 24,2023.It was sold without title or being inspected because it came from out of state.1 week after I got the it the check engine light came on and it was misfiring . I contacted them and was told to bring it up there and George would put it on his machine.I was told by him it was a stuck piston,to put some fuel injection cleaner and it would be fine.They gave me a free warrenty, so I took it to Nissan to have it checked out.Well it was burnt valve that caused damage to the engine,Needs a engine .Warrenty wouldn't cover anything.Cost me 1034$ to get it out of Nissan, 90$ tow bill,still has no engine. Please beware of this when dealing with this people.Nothing is free.This lot did nothing to make this right.Blamed the warranty company.Still havent recieved title because it wont pass inspection..but they did buy my registration. Got to be some shadey doings going on there.Im sure they have been doing things like this and getting by with it.. buyers beware!!They dont deserve a star but I had no choice"

"Bought a camper from this place a month ago. After getting it home it was discovered in the back the flooring was a little loose. Which then opened up the issue to this needing to be repaired. The floor just kept coming up and the entire camper floor under the vinyl was soaking wet and rotting. Then entire camper must have been flooded. The camper would cost more than it could ever be worth to repair. Unfortunately we are out the entire amount of money we paid. I feel as if they knew it was flooded and sold it to us anyway. Would never buy anything from this place after this experience."
