"I will no longer trust this shop with my vehicle. I brought my 06 Toyota with 206K miles in for a simple transmission drain and fill. However they ended up flushing my transmission. On a high mileage transmission this can kill the transmission. I took the truck to a transmission shop where the mechanics there were baffled as to why Toyobrothers flushed it. This experience has left me with a $5,500 transmission replacement and no vehicle for at least a month. When I confronted Toyobrothers management about the issue they told me a drain and fill and a flush are the samething. THEY ARE NOT. I would not advise anyone to go to this shop. Especially since they and are unwilling to rectify this situation."

I took it Toyobrothers and not only did they fix it, they even showed me the problem in their shop so that I could understand what they were doing. They ordered the part from the dealer and got it fixed the same day. Each person I came into contact with was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. They took their time in explaining and didn't try to do unnecessary add ons. The price was extremely fair. I will be using them from now on!"
