"Was in the week before Christmas about 6:30. Had to hunt for help- lady only brought 2 of 3 pair I wanted to try on- then never saw her again. Husband wanted help with a Stetson no one around- literally staff walked by me not asking if I needed help and I wanted to try a different pair but couldn’t find the lady. We left frustrated and disappointed. Very VERY POOR customer service!"
"Huge selection. Employees are wonderful. My boots are excellent quality. Every one else that got a pair hasn't had a complaint. Picked up a perfume that I get asked about every time I wear it. Also, don't know the term, but went back & bought the thing that helps you get your boot off, a lifesaver!!"
