"I’m a district general for Popeyes. I Also Drive for Uber any time of day that I come to this location you cannot use the restroom. They have a buzzer on the door to deter the drug addicts from using their restroom. That is fine that’s why the buzzers there however, during the day during lunch is not a time to lock your restrooms when people have to wash their hands before they purchase things from in the store that they possibly could be eating for lunch this is ridiculous. This is how Covid gets spread not being able to wash your hands. Wonder what the staff is doing especially if the restroom is closed I think it’s just pure laziness that they don’t want to hit a simple buzzer to let people in to use the restroom , especially at lunchtime they always say it’s being clean but no one I’ve stood there for over five minutes 10 minutes. No one ever comes out from cleaning the restaurant then they’ll say oh well the floor is dry but you do this at lunchtime. That makes no sense no restaurant does that just lazy"

"There are a few good employees, but most are very rude and lazy . I live within walking distance to this store and always spent $20 dollars a day or more if I got gasoline. I now drive to the Dixie Hwy store by the expressway or to the West Pages store where everyone is nice,and don't mind doing thier job filling up the iced coffee machine and service with a smile these stores go above and beyond. "Wow... after I wasted my time to make coffee, I got to the Register, and was told that their machine was done to be able todo card payment, so the cashier took the coffee from me, whilst other white folks were allowed to get out with fountain driks. Very rude cashiers on duty 09-01-23 @12 midnight. Thornton will lose business from me and my friends. We are Uber drivers and have loyalty cards, only to be treated like unwanted customers. Such 2 idiots!"

"They're great for fountain sodas and coffee/cappuccinos. They have a wide variety of sweeteners, regular & flavored creamers, skim milk and half & half for flavoring coffee to your taste. The bad thing about this location and other locations around the city is, it's a guessing game if they are actually open, with the inside accessible. On several occasions we arrived only to find out (by the handwritten sign taped to the door) that they were closed."

"This place is brand new but is quite dirty as you can see on the pictures. Employees are friendly but they are not keeping the place clean. I know it’s related with the socio-educational background of the area. It’s on you clean and keep it cleaned. It’s on you the responsibility Thorntons; it’s also on the city, that needs officers to apply tickets to places and people that don’t keep their places clean"
