"Worse business ever!!!! Had my car for about 45 days. When I called to see when it would be ready they kept giving me the run around first it was parts then the paint booth was messed up then they said all parts are in and my car would be ready next week then it was the next week then it was back to needing parts! No one would ever call me back. I always had to call them. The only one good thing about this place is the production manager Dennis! Finally at the end when I was totally fed up Dennis answered the phone and gave me day to day updates. But honestly I will never take my car there again."

"Had car towed from my house for an insurance estimate. Decided not to have car fixed was seven years old. Made more sense to buy a newer car. Asked them for a bill for for their time in doing the estimate and tow. They came back wanting tow bill and 23 days storage at $45.00 a day. $1270.00 total. I asked them for a more reasonable bill since they said it would be a free estimate. I was fully prepared to pay the tow and even for the time doing the estimate since they didn’t get any work for it. Owner would not be reasonable at all so I paid what I consider extortion money to get my car. These storage fees were not discussed when I went to set up getting them to pick the car up and do the estimate nor a week and a half later when I called to check on why them and the insurance company were not communicating with each other. Be very leery of doing business with them. Get everything in writing up front."
