"So let's start with the drinks. There was no coffee or cappuccino available which seemed to be all empty. So I moved over to the drinks a lot of them was out of orders and or syrup not replaced. OK so the food I about died cause I choked on the sausage biscuits cause they were hard as a rock. AND to top it off... The cashier was sitting behind the counter playing on her phone while the other lady was out front smoking. With a line and not helping anyone. I saw three people beside me use the self checkout. ....All these stores switching to self checkout is the worst thing anyone can do cause it makes all the cashiers lazier."
"Typically clean and most of the time I’m in and out but the employees could definitely use some training in customer service. Been going here for years and the blonde lady is the only nice employee. The others are rude and snippy and talk down to new employees in front of the customers. Yes, location is convenient but the overall feel is ugh. Maybe smile once in a while."
"Very very long lines, every time I go. I love the polar pops and slushies. Its convenient to get in and out of and fairly clean gas station. It's a very popular place."
"Kayla work at night is terrible, not only that she could even do math, it like talking to the rock when you try to explain it to her. I ask her to ring up 2 pack of cigs each time for 5 time and she told me it would cost more than buying carton. I show her and she still believes that paying $58 for a carton is cheaper than paying $50 when you buying 2 at a time, it gotta be scary when cashiers couldn’t comprehend basic math without depending on the register."
"Where to start, I've had my suspicions about this place for some time. Today I was trying to use as little cash as possible so I wanted to buy $8 worth of gas on my card. The cashier Becky said that it went through when it obviously didn't. I went out to the pump tried to put gas in my car and it wouldn't do anything. It was almost like she didn't do anything on her part to make it go through whatever they do. Then to top it off today gas is $2.31. So with cash I buy $2.31 of gas. I go back out to my car I put in my $2.31 and it didn't even give me a full gallon of gas. With gas prices how they are, I think it's BS to be skimming off the top. I will never be back to this place again. But that doesn't matter because plenty of people will still come here probably won't even pay attention to it. But I really hope this grab somebody's attention so the right steps can be taken."
